Samuel Hubinette takes Formula D Championship

The podium finish gained him a second title in 3 years. The team’s “kick ass” Viper will be retired and they will run an all new Dodge Charger for 2007.

Scott Riggs has take his second pole of the year at Lowe’s motor speedway. Dodge’s have taken the 4 top spots and 5 of the top 10. Kurt Busch had qualified 3rd, but his car failed inspection, and he was regulated to start 42nd. The race kicks off at 7:00 pm Saturday on NBC.
